4H Clinic Ideas?

Today at a 4H banquet the leaders said to think of ideas of what they can do for next year as far as clinics and other things. First off there are 3 kinds of people in my 4H; the people that hire trainers and only ride at shows, the people that actually do ride their own horses and know what their doing, and the people who have no clue what their doing and suprise you just by staying on the horse. My 4H is mostly western pleasure dominated, and thats all they seem to care about. Me and my friend suggested an actual jumping clinc (the last one they had the instrutor didn't show and everyone just went around jumping themselves) that was 2 years ago. We thought we could get the woman who gave us hunt seat and jumping lessons to maybe come down and give one, since she would do it right. And a real barrel clinic, last years was a poor demostration. Another friend says she's going to talk to someone we both know about giving it, he's not soft and he'll teach people it's not just a pattern.Really they should give a riding lessons clinic, but that might be harsh to suggest. Any things that your 4H does that would be interesting?
