AAAARGH this horse forum is addictive

If only I was getting a masters degree in internet horse knowledge.

I joined with the intention of figuring out what the horse scene is like in Texas so I could see what to do in terms of competing/training during the summer break.

How was I to know that there would be a thousand people with a thousand beautiful horses from around the world just tempting me with their beautiful piccies and stories?

Makes my job (as a Biochemist) pale in comparison. Also the thought of completing my Finance assignment not very enticing.

On the plus side, it has definitely helped with my Facebook addiction he he.

    I'm going to work.

Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated!

Meh, I'm an accountant. We all have to pay for our horse addictions somehow!

I can't get off the forum.. Everyone always has something new/exciting/debatable to talk about, and everyone who answers (generally) puts so much thought and research into their posts. It's a wealth of knowledge!!

Thank you, folks for starting & adding to this topic - I was getting concerned that I'd gotten a loose screw upstairs! Just when I'm ready to quit, because no one's appreciating my sterling input, a fun topic or two makes me smile & laugh & love it all over again! SOMEBODY STOP ME!!

Phew, back from work. Start assignments? Nope. Return emails from students about their upcoming exam? Nope. Priorities, so here I am.

Some what glad I am not the only one, maybe we need to form some sort of support group ;)

There is just so much valuable information on here and so many knowledgeable people from all kinds of backgrounds!

Not that I need to tell you guys, that would be preaching to the converted he he
