Advertise yourself as a horse!

I did this long time ago on another horse forum and the result was a lot of giggling and amusement. I hope it goes well here too.

Advertise yourself as if you were a horse and you were going for sale.
Also, price yourselves if you wish.
For your level of experience in riding, adjust to how green / broke you would be as a horse:)

I'll do it first, but no need to follow my pattern. Just throw some giggles and let's see how much of a horse are we :)

So, me.

Arabian Mare (in this thread - which is great! I explained why I consider I could be an Arab)
Started under saddle, still green.
Not suited for a beginner, needs a firm hand.
Has no major vices, but can spook or be shy sometimes.
Does not rear, kick or bite. Does tend to bolt though if scared.
Behaves well enough with other horses although can get dominant with pushy mares (..sorry)
Has not been bred yet but would hopefully have some beautiful foals someday :)
Totally non fussy about food, eats anything, easy-keeper.
Could use much more muscle but that would come along with more rigurous
Training.
Loves baths, trails well, can get sensitive about her feet (i am ticklish ) but will not kick.
Dressage - not tried yet but good prospect
Jumping - Good prospect, not started yet
Trails - safe, calm, been to lots of trails but all with experienced rider (actually it was experienced horse hahah)
Tolerates well children, loves scratches, not that much of a fan of hugs and kisses.

And now the price...well considering I am a green spooky bolting arab...
....Free to go to a good home?
Or 200$ or something.

God I'm so cheap as a horse!

Edit: I forgot to mention I am light chestnut!

Showing
Hm, I think this could be fun.

For sale:
6 year old palomino mare. Grade with no papers but suspect that there may be some mustang in her lines somewhere. 16.1 hands tall with good muscle. Easy keeper and not picky about food. Stands well for vet, farrier, baths, and clips but doesn't like shots. Finished ranch and trail horse, has good cow sense, and has been started on roping. Has a lot of try but not much speed to go with it LOL. Can be slightly aggressive with other dominant horses but gets along well with mellow pasturemates. Doesn't spook and is very solid in new situations but needs an experienced rider due to a stubborn personality. NOT suitable for children and doesn't tolerate stupidity. Doesn't buck but has a bit of a mare-ish attitude at times. She is a bit clumsy but picks up new training quickly. Good bone but her feet are a bit soft so she needs shoes if being ridden on rocky ground. Nice mare with flashy mane/tail. Would probably do well in the show ring with proper training but gets bored easily.

Asking $1000 OBO.

Foal
What a fun thread!!!

For Sale

Bay QH filly 3 years, on the smaller side at 14.2. 2 months of professional training. Has a promising future in barrel racing, but needs some work. Very laid back and unflappable. Also would make a good trail horse. Needs companionship of some kind. Goes well barefoot. Preferably owner with some experience. Up to date on all vaccines, worming, and coggins.
Price $700

For sale:
4 y/o bay TB X WB. Approx. 15.2 might get to 16 hh. [Still green to both dressage and jumping.] Flashy dressage prospect, possible jumper prospect. In the ribbons at local open huntseat classes. Never been bred. Has a bit of a mare 'tude' and is fairly smart. Needs lots of motivation to work and will not do something unless there's a reason. Easy keeper. Will eat next to anything. Does not act up under saddle unless something is seriously wrong. Plays well with geldings, but needs to really get to know mares before being comfortable with them. Trailers easily and will even fall asleep on long rides. Will do almost anything with a firm hand. :)

$400 OBO

[My age is weird because even though I've been riding since I was 5 or 6 and I'm now 15, I've only started riding *well* for a couple of years, so I still consider myself pretty green.]

6 y/o APHA mare for sale. 14.2 hh but with plenty of personality. Sorrel overo markings with brilliant blue eyes. Child/husband safe with laid back attitude. Easy going in the pasture, usually buddies up with one other horse. Easy keeper and great on trails - no spook to her! A little nervous around vet/farrier/clipping but a gentle word keeps her steady. Had one surprise breeding out of her and threw a beautiful colt. Great broodmare prospect or family trail horse.

$2500 firm to good home only.

Ok well here goes...

4 yr old TB dapple grey mare. For her breeding, she's just a hair taller than average at 16.3hh. (my height in inches, converted to hands) she's got the stocky build of a quarter horse and the legs of a thoroughbred. Beginners can sit on her, put she's got to be led. She needs at least an intermediate rider to bring out the best in her. She has raced before and won some, she has done team penning, barrel racing, jumpers, hunters, ranch work, eventers, dressage, and cross country, as well as some trail riding. You can swing a rope off her, or you can hop on her bareback and go for a playday, she LOVES to play! Turns out well with everyone, mare or gelding, and she knows a few pony tricks! She loves both treats and hugs and pats all over her. She could definitely be a wonderful broodmare, with her coloring and breeding. Don't miss out on this wonderful opprotunity of a horse, at a steal of a price, she's worth her weight in gold! -$3500 OBO-
