    Question advice needed please

I don't really know what section to put this in. I was going to put it in the training section but, i'm pretty sure that this has nothing to do with training and if it does i'll just post it there :)

I'm not riding recently due to "issues" but, when I do ride I lean foward a lot while at the trot and when i'm posting. So my question is, is there anything I can do to help that? If anyone has advice so when I start riding again I can hopefully stop leaning foward while i'm posting at the trot i'd gladly appreciate it :)

The first thing you need to do is help your horse. Once you have that accomplished, there are plenty of people that can help you with your riding. It won't do any good, however, if you can't practice.
