Al-Marah internship? Too good to be true?

I'm wondering if anyone has ever done this. Their website is http://www.al-marah.com/apprenticeprogram.html and it just sounds too good to be true. And usually if it sounds to good, it is. But they only allow 12 apprentices, so it seems to me that they weed out people that just don't have enough guts to be there. I want to do it, but am hesitant. I don't want to go to AZ, spending $ to relocate, only to find out it's H*ll. Don't get me wrong, I'm a very hard worker, so I wouldn't mind work, I just don't want to be so sore I can barely move, and that takes a lot. You also get paid, which to me seems like a +, because your not paying to get education, but their paying you. Which ensures you get the education you need. There are a lot of good things (learning to be an all round horseman), I'm just wondering, is it too good to be true?
