Aparently the selectors chose some riders with better scores in dressage so that they didn't have to rely so much on the jumping phases. It peeved Wendy Schaeffer off so much that she appealed her 'non selection' stating her horses were better jumpers (this was how it was reported anyway )I say good luck to all, it's a great start

I stayed up until 3am to watch the dressage :) Your riders were absolutely amazing! Unfortunately for us Brits, William Fox-Pitt didn't do quite as well as we'd hoped, and Daisy Dicks had some trouble with Spring Along, but she scored low fifties despite a nasty spook :)

Although this is a swimmer, Steph Rice got a gold today and the relay team women got a bronze! Whoop!

Unfortunately not that much footage of the dressage events. Alot of it is swimming and cycling.
    Not happy Jan...

Not much to show and swimming is massive for Australia.

The did well in the cross country today. I saw that fall from another country, Ow!

I hate being at school while the Olympics is one, it annoys be SO and I mean SOO SOO SOO much! I hate being at school, getting all of my answers correct and finished 10 minutes early and then having to wait for the other students to finish so we can correct, when I could be sitting at home watching the Aussies. Curse those teachers.
