I am interested in buying a horse trailer that is in Altavista.
I was wondering if you knew any auto place or trailer place. That I could pay to go check it out before I drive 1000 miles to get it.

I am most concerned with it being a Sundowner Aluminum over steel. I would need someone to look under the mats and check underneath the box. I checked out the Altavista Chamber but the automotive members were car dealers or auto parts. I was looking for like a tire and muffler place or a horse trailer dealer.

Any Ideas?

There's a place in Lynchburg that I use for everything that has to do with my truck and trailer. It's R.B. Taylor & Sons. Altavista is about 20 miles from Lynchburg.

Welcome to R.B. Taylor & Sons

There's also New London Trailer Sales and Service. They're in Forest, VA which is just outside Lynchburg.

You're very welcome. R.B. Taylor & Sons is awesome. I can't recommend them highly enough.

New London is kind of -meh-, but they can get the job done.
