I'm going to butt in one more time:

I'm not a fan of leasing. Maybe I'm stingy, I don't know. But I would be very worried that the other person wouldn't take care of the horse as well as I would like, or make her degress in her training, etc. I think, from what you've said, that you're already meeting your pony's needs. So in my opinion, you don't NEED to lease her, and I don't want you to feel pressured into it because of this forum. It's still your choice though! Good luck with everything! You have an adorable pony!

Thanks so much everyone. You all have made me feel better.
There are many horses in this world that aren't being worked to their FULL potential, and that's totally ok. Also, you're all right ... she gets treated like a queen. Haha. I'm sure she's not unhappy.

I may consider looking for someone to lease, but that's kind of at the bottom of my list. I just like to know how she's being worked all the time and I don't think I'd be confident in that since I just moved her to this barn and probably wouldn't know the person leasing her very well.

Thanks again for all of your advice! It has definitely helped and I'll definitely keep this thread bookmarked, so I can come back and look at it when I'm feeling guilty
