am i rushing

im on my 3rd lesson and i really really love horse riding and bought a helemt and some boots ,jods but do u think i rushed into it by buying my riding gear?

No, i do not think you did. If you love riding, and you are going to be doing for a while, its always good to have your own jods, boots (that fit well and are comfy) and a helmet - (who wants to wear one that somebody else has already sweated in).

I hope you enjoy riding for many years to come

No! Your not rushing! If you are planning on continuing to ride then it's better to have all the proper gear!

Riding a horse is not a gentle hobby, to be picked up and laid down like a game of solitaire. It is a grand passion. It seizes a person whole and, once it has done so, he will have to accept that his life will be radically changed.

Nope, I think its great. Now your prepared and most of the equipment you buy will last you a long time. Congrats and please keep us posted on your progress and adventures!

its ok!!

if you knew that you loved riding from the beginning, then you weren't rushing by buying riding gear. it's not like you went out and bought a horse!!!! just remember that u'll have bad days, and might ask yourself why you spent your money on all of these expensive horse products, but don't worry, it's worth it!!!!!!!!!
