Any brooksville Florida people on here. Also need advice

So I was wondering if anyone on here is from around springhill,fl because I'm trying to meet some people that would like to meet up and ride because I have no friends with horses around here and it gets lonely rideing aloe, also

I have asked this once before but what are good ways to get a horse to go and keep forward and ways to get respect from a horse? I am a beginner and any help with gaining confidence would be great. I got my horse home about a month ago and I am not rideing as much as I used to because I had one fall but not I'm more nervousness about getting on and my horse just running off with me so if anyone has been through this please respond how you got through it. Thanks

HEY!!! Not from springhill, im down I ft lauderdale, but its still florida!

For respect, have you tried join-up? Youtube clinton andersons join-up, :) you wont be disappointed. Just be very carefull with your body language.

Also, LOTS of ground work. Backing, yielding, circling, stopping, obstacles, etc. use the same cues you would from the saddle, or as close to them as you can.

Welcome to the forum and PICTURES!!!!
