GH, I'm little suspicious about the price. $13 for breeches is VERY low. I wonder how good the quality is.

For $13 if they last through this summer I'll be happy. I'm once again changing shape, so I'm not looking for top quality last for ever breeches, but something that will fit comfortably and do the job

I'm thinking the price is not indicative of low quality since they are on clearance and Horseware is selling them. I think the low price is because those particular sizes weren't very popular and they have an abundance them or they are down to just those sizes and want to get them out of their warehouse.

I found Amigo turnout sheets a while ago for $30, they were cheap because all the store had left was size 69 and they wanted to get rid of them as nobody wanted that size... good thing I had two horses who need a 69!

Could just be trying to make room for more of different styles.

I use either Boink or Smoothstride. Both make breeches that are very stretchy , so fit a wide range of sizes. The Smoothstrides are really sturdy. I have been wearing mine two years intensely and all stitching still holding. Their western style trail pants are awesome!!!!!!

I LOVE my Boink Skins, very very warm and stretch for ever, but cost a great deal more than these

The girls are all going to think I am converting again. I just want a good pair of riding pants that are just for riding. I am tired of my jeans getting tore up riding in them. They only had a size 36 and a size 40 left. I have a 38" waist (now there is something to be proud of Cori!) so while I know I should have gotten the 36...I got the 40. They are going to be like sweat pants with knee patches!

I do not have any Horsewear breeches, but I do have quite a bit of the rest of their clothing - I love it, and it is good quality stuff.
