[quote="Friesian Mirror"]Oops, I'm sorry, I meant to quote, not delete! I'm sorry!
What do you mean by cut tail nevers? I've never heard of that, I don't think.

There have been rare instances where unscrupulous trainers have cut the nerves in the tails of their horses to keep them from moving them while in the ring. Rare is the key word, but a few bad apples, you know... :roll:

I ride western. Thought I may need to take up dressage with Jet, but now thinking perhaps I can do reining instead as she moves pretty nicely. Time will tell!

I ride western too (how many times has that been said, LOL!)

i havent competed in a comp. although i compete against my fellow musterers when were mustering! thats all i do...muster, ride around for fitness and fun and break and train horses with dad. (i tend to be the guinea pig)

I joined 'Eton Working Horse Club' at the start of the year, specialising in Team Penning and Campdrafting, but had to pull out due to bad timing.

The first time i was ever in the saddle was when i was probably 3 days old...i bet dad woulda had me in there sooner if mum wasnt kept in hospital under monitoring!
