    Anybody know him?

I am really looking for this horse. My neighbors used to own him, but he was sold back in July at the Springfield Missouri Auction on the 12th July. He is a registered 1997 APHA. Registered name is 'Ima Powder Charge.'. I've went to the sale barn, put up ads ect, no luck. He had been to 6 owners before we had got him back in 2011. He had a issue where he'd act like a barrel horse getting ready to run, any time you'd ride him. No matter where it was, he'd get hot like he was ready to run. I later found out through searching. That someone had him back 2001/3 or so. And skipped all the basics and just ran the poor horse and it came back to later to haunt him.

I just wanna know if he's okay, or if I can even find anybody who knows where he is. I don't have a right to look for him as he wasn't mine. But I rode him and spent time with him for a whole year when his owners didn't wanna ride him anymore because of his issue.
