Anybody used Horse Bit Hire (quality bitting advice)?

Hi, Im looking into hiring a bit for my horse and have tried several bit hire companies in the past and have been left dissapointed. My friend told me about Horse Bit Hire and said they were fairly new but really easy to deal with. I was just wondering if any one else has ordered with them in the past and if you could tell me of your experiences and if you would recommend them or not? My friend also told me that they give quality one to one bitting advice, can any second that opinion before I try them as I do not want to be disspaointed like I have been in the past when using other companies that offer bit hire.
