Anyone from the Berrien Springs area?

Hey Ya'll-

I am planning on moving to Berrien Springs, MI in the fall for grad school. I was wondering if anyone is from that area, what the boarding looks like, what trails/parks are around, what kind of shows are in the area, and if anyone knows of any boarding barns taking boarders. Any info would be greatly appreciated :)

I'm not there now, but grew up not far from there - they always had such a nice fairgrounds, loved showing there! I would do a search for boarding facilities, vets, etc & see what you come up with. Dr Bergman's clinic is in Cassopolis & a good vet clinic (he is probably retired now but I am sure the clinic is still there).

Green Broke
Tom Powers WP show is there, hauled a horse there to owner last year and it is a huge show.

Plenty of horse things around there, so just look for vets in area, and call and ask them, as well as farriers, Chamber of Commerce, feed stores and tack stores.

I loved it there and thought it was a beautiful area, lots to do, I am envious.
