Anyone Familiar with Montgomery County, MD?

I posted this in Horse Shows as well, but I'm not sure if this isn't a good place, too.

So, I finally moved my mare up near me and am now looking around for shows nearby. I live in Montgomery Co. MD and am looking for Hunter or Jumper shows around me. If no one is familiar with the area, does anyone know how I can look shows up?

Do you still live here? Know any places to show?

I would suggest you look at the Equiery, either online or pick one up free at almost any tack shop. It is a great resource, and in the back they have a calendar of just about everything.

You could also contact one of the managers/coaches at one of the big H/J barns, like Star at Oatlands. If you don't have a coach, she is a really good one. THere are several others too, and the Equiery also lists them, along with the ads in it.

Good luck and enjoy showed around there years ago, out of the H/J scene these days.

I met her! When I was looking for a place to board. She was really nice! I'll see if I can talk to her, thanks!

They post pretty much everything there.
