    Just wondering if anyone on the hf is going to appleby this year?i expect trade will be bad but the crack is always good,i,m driving a gelding up pulling a living waggon ,a stallion in a 4wheel dray , with a 7yr old mare and a yearling filly following not really bothered whether I sell or not but if the weather is good going to camp for a couple of mths ,gong to set off middle of may(depending on the weather)

    I went one year it was crazy awesome there was horses every where we had a small stallion called patch with us pulling a two wheel cart he was a cutie :)

    Can't remember if he got sold though ( he wasn't ours, we just broke him in and trained him)

    The year we went was great weather, I think it was the year the horse drowned though

    Yeh whiskey I was there that year ,the guy was a prick ,but it gavve the fair a bad name,and when you think about how many horses are there it has a good safety record

    Yeah I gotta agree there, I would totally love to go again like the atmospheres great and theres ALOT of beautiful horses

    Get yourself up,its only once a year,i don,t stop on the hill any more only because theres no privacy,such as being able to have a wee on a morning too many trailers and people about ,but I woulden,t miss it for the world,especially the lies you hear lol
