    Back in the saddle again :-)

    Finally rode my horse after 7 weeks layoff. She was a perfect lady, must have known I was a little nervous. I couldn't even get on using a mounting aid had to have a boost from my hubby. Guess I was afraid to throw my leg over. Here are some photos.

    Doing some Frank Bell before I got on

    Finally up and on. Only rode about 20 min.it was muddy and windy but it was fun.

    Yaaay! Hoorah for vida "back in the saddle again" *sings with a country twang :)

    Good to see the frank bell stuff workin for ya :) richard does what you are doing with vida all the time. I do it when im on him to and it callms him down when he's all silly :) good chance for a nice face scratch too :)

    Thanks! I rode again today (first ride was yesterday, Sat.) went a little over 2 miles and got up all by myself no shoveing needed by the hubby I only had a few moments of butt cramping when at a fast gait ....dont worry not too fast.

    Yay, that's great news! You must feel soo great! Life without horses/riding is just...blah, 'ya know? LOL! :P

    Yay you!! Feels good doesn't it?!

    I was so excited riding Faith finally, and we were really getting into it, then the turd goes and throws a shoe and my farrier is on holidays still GRRRRR

    Keep it up and enjoy every minute
