Horses have a way that heals don't they? Halo is a really good name!

Thanks y'all, yes I just truly feel that Halo is the PERFECT name for her. It seems it was meant to be especially since she is 2 and they NEVER gave her a barn name or called her anything. She is very lovable also. All day today, despite the cramping I was out messing with her long beautiful mane and she loved every minute of it.

I'm very sorry about the baby. My best friend went through the same thing last year, I know how heartbroken she was. But she is now 20 weeks pregnant, so crossing my fingers for you!

That was so super sweet of your husband!!! She is beautiful, and Halo is a great name for her! :)

((HUGS)) to you. I am without words at a time like this. Simple words cannot heal a heart but please know that my thoughts are with you.

Congratulations on your new filly. She is beautiful and I love her name. I am looking forward to more pics of this gorgeous girl.

I am so very sorry for your loss. My daughter lost a little baby about a year ago - it's never easy no matter the circumstances. I know how your heart aches. I am sending warm hugs and wishing you sunshine to light your life!
Halo is SUCH a wonderful name for your filly!!! That just fits her perfectly!
What a special gift from your husband - I know you were thrilled!
She is STUNNING!!! Her sire is awesome - that's beauty in motion! I know you will have such fun working with her - sounds like you have a very smart girl! Best of luck with her - keep us posted!

After reading all these posts, I just got tears in my eyes. Y'all have had so many kind words and it really touches my heart and means alot to me. I don't know how I can thank you all enough. My spirit just lifts with hope whenever I get on here and see my 2nd family and how kind you have been to me even though I am still sort of new on here. This is what I love about horse people. We may be different and love different breeds, but we are still all here for one another. Thanks so very very much.

As for Halo, yes I have got lots of new pictures, not really a good variety as she is still in my yard as we are building a shelter in the pasture. She needs a good bath but I have been bonding with her first before I find out how she likes the water, lol. I LOVE her, she follows me around EVERYWHERE!! She is soo great to be around. The weirdest thing is that she nudges my belly, and to me that is like an angel sending me good luck, lol. I know it sounds silly, but hey, it helps me get through these times. Well I am off to bed, talk to y'all tomorrow. :)
