Question Barn Layout Help!!??

Hello there! I am building a barn this summer and need some help deciding on the layout. It is a 48x72' building. The back side of it will be a round pen (big as I can get it for ground work, lunging horses, a place to get out of the wind snow rain etc) That leaves 48x24 at the front. I would like to have a 12' wide alley between round pen and stalls (or whatever) I have ordered double dutch doors to go right smack in the middle of the front side of the barn. So there will be a 10 foot wide alley going right down the middle. That will leave 18.5 feet on each side of that alley (allowing for the 6" posts) I would like to have two stalls, a tack room and an open utility area (for shovels and wheelbarrows etc)
This size will not allow two stalls side by side. May end up doing two 10x12 stalls??
I'm also researching the footing in the stalls, alley etc... Cannot afford cement. Have stall mats for the stalls and a 10x12 set of floor mats to use elsewhere. (Maybe in tack up area?) Any ideas? Suggestions?
I'd appreciate any help!

I would suggest double doors in the back as well as in the front:

1) Hay wagons are a PITA to back up.

2) You and the horses will appreciate the cross breeze in the summer.

3) In case of fire you have another exit route.

I'm sure there's more reasons but it's late and my brain is in shut down mode.

Sorry, I should add more detail. There is a 10'x10 sliding door at one edge of the round pen. There is also a man door at one end of the aisle area.
If I do two 10x12 stalls, one on each side of the dutch door, then an open utility room on one of the remaining areas and a 6.5 x 12' tack room would that be sensible? Do you need that much room for a utility room? (6.5x12)
I'm keen to get suggestions for footing.
Thank you!
