Exclamation Barn name needed before husband has say!

Some of you may have already read about the horse I am picking up this weekend to trial for a possible buy. I do not like his current barn name CeCe, sounds too feminine for a gelding. Help me come up with a new barn name or my husband will dub him "Julio!"

---Disclaimer, Julio is a great name for a person or animal of hispanic descent, not this QH.

Details:
Registered name Chilled Champaigne
AQHA
Palomino gelding
Have been told he is super sweet with people
Quite the lady's man with mares

Thanks for all of your help!!!!

hmmm...hes drop dead gorgeous for one lol
Lets see you could call him...
Champaigne or champ like champion lol
Caramel (pronounced care-A-mel)
Lol I would call him pie I have no clue why but short for mag-pie the bird lol
Im not much help but there are some suggestions that came to my mind, I think I would have to meet him personally to put a name to his face,
Again
He is beautiful!!!!!*plans to steal* just kidding

I'd call him Booze.

But I end up adding endings...

If I named him Booze he'd be called
Boozie
Boozer
(when mis behaving) Drunk Monkey
Wine-o

LOL....I like to keep the names simple. And a bit odd.
I kinda like Julio hehehe...It's different. *shrug* and something to laugh about with the hubby.

BTW... He is Gorgeous!!! What a kind eye!!!

I think since its going to be your husband and possibly daughters horse you need to let everyone in on the name picking. Maybe make a list and vote.
If they have more of a part they will feel more of the ownership. Just a suggestion since your trying to get them into the horse thing

Just what I was thinking! I like 1 or 2 syllable names for horses.

I'm not arguing with you, I'm just explaining why I'm right.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

It's not always what you say but what they hear.

Oh, last time my husband had a say in naming animals, we ended up with cats, Harley and Davidson. And if my step-daughter chooses, she will name the horse Jackie after her riding instructor! Besides, I am a tad on the controlling side....and since I will be riding him more than either of them, I would love to have a name I can live with! I know that sounds terrible! I already told my husband that I would come up with a list of names I approved and he could choose the one he liked best.

I prefer one or two syllables as well, makes it easy to yell in the field or reward.

I LOVE Booze, BUT I just can't imagine my step-daughter going to her Christian school telling her teacher about her horse named Booze. Maybe if I choose a wine or champagne with a neat short name....hmmm! That's an idea!

I also like Chilly, maybe tell my man it is Chili like the food and he would agree.
