    I think I'd be practicing my letter writing skills and send a little note to Corporate, and CC the manager of your local store! The guys in our little bitty RS are super helpful and what 1 doesn't know, another one does and they really busted their butts to help me. I am a complete tekno IDIOT and they were able to make me understand that I could even do this set up myself.
