Before and After, Hard to believe they are the same Horse.

I was looking through pictures of my Haflinger mare Delilah, she was a rescue and had been starved.

Before(sorry about the horrid picture, it was really small)

After:

From ready to give up, head shy, untrusting, and skittish to loving, spunky, mare who trusts me with all her heart.

What are some of your before and after pics?

Wow! You've done a great job with her, even her coloring has become richer and more vibrant.

Thank You
But my pony changes color a LOT

Here is a picture of her at a show last August(she had rubbed part of her mane out and was mad at me for not letting her eat the grass):

Timeline of the pics

First: The top pic
Second: The middle pic of her tied to the post
Third: The Show pic
Last: The pic of her grazing

Wow! Beautiful mare! Haffy Rescue Clan.

Anybody can post their before and after pics.

What I love is that the days when I can just go out their and play with my beautiful haflinger mare and when I see something I have tried to teach her "click" and she understands it and it makes those days I spent hours trying to catch her, the getting run over or dragged when she would spook, and the hard work I have put into training her all worth it.

I still find it hard to believe I sold one horse and saved the lives of three. I sold my AQHA show gelding because we clashed and adopted three mares who all fit with me perfectly.
