Best Horse States?

I was having a conversation with a friend talking about Colorad such and such and I was just wondering where really is the best horse States( US) Where do you guys think would be the best state with best horse facilities, weather ect?

Hmmm I don't know. For me, I would say Texas and California, they have (well most of the time) nice weather, mild winters. Lots of horse activities of all sorts.

New Mexico :) Love it out there!
Even though there isnt anything out there that will get you to the Olimpics(not my cup of tea anyway), the weather is beautiful!

Otherwise VA, KY... ect

Texas, hands down. But... I've never been there. I live a few states away. So... not sure.

Lexington Kentucky, the streets are named after race horses, Theres a small horse section in every store. Even the grocery store has pictures of horses on the walls. It's awesome.

C'mon, MB, MD is just about as good!

I'd say Virginia, Maryland (where ratio horses/population is humongous!), and Kentucky. For ENGLISH! For WESTERN I'd say, Texas and such...
