Question Best places for jumping???

I've been thinking about where I'm going to move when I get out of college.

I'm looking for a place that has tons of jumping. I have been told that the best place for it is in the Eastern United States, in the New England area. Is this true?

In your opinion, what's the best state/city for jumping?
