The better time to buy a horse..

When do you think is the better time to buy a horse?

personally i think its going into fall/winter because everyone's trying to get rid of them and they are usually a bit cheaper as apposed to buying them in the spring when there's good weather.

what do you think?

If your bargain shopping definitely fall/winter is the best time. Many people sell horses because of money woes so winter feeding is a real motivator.
It also sort of depends on where you live. If you live someplace where the weather doesn't get that bad, and you can ride year round I don't think the market fluctuates that much.
