Exclamation Beware of people claiming to be trainers...

Just wanted to let everybody know that in Woodville, VA there is a man claiming to be a horse trainer for Paso's...
He uses unethical means that harm the horses, such as hammers and wooden boards with nails!
Be aware and make sure you check on your horses regularly. Wish we had and several others. If you feel there is something off DO NOT take your horse there check into it first!!!

Welcome to the horse forum. Care to share more about your story? Did you have a horse in training there?

Yes, I'd like to hear more details too, please. I'm close to VA, and I know some people use trainers there, so it's always better to know who is not reliable!

Lol! But I'd say not necessarily. I know some trainers around here I'd NEVER send my horse to.

Lol...we have them here in the Uk....but most people with a bit of research stumble across the BHS (British Horse Society) accredited scheme, and manage to sidestep the rotten eggs..!
