I have to agree with you about the Snowy River movies. I loved them both (particularly liked the black horse though Denny was still my fave. Named my horse after him). There were a lot of people that would say that the hill wasn't really that steep, that they angled the camera to make it more dramatic. I would simply say, "Oh, yeah? Look at the trees. Unless all of them are growing in at an angle that the camera straightened up, then the camera isn't crooked." I cried when they fell in the 2nd movie.
Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/
