Blah....hooooot

This heat is killing me! Its never this hot this early in Virginia...save it for August please I went out at lunch to check on Wikke and he was miserable in the paddock, wasn't even grazing. I brought him in, gave him some hay and turned on his fan. He just stood there for a good 5 minutes with his nose in the breeze, poor guy.

Yeah its warming up here too in northern California. It hasnt quite reached the 90's yet, but the its been in the mid to late 80's for a couple weeks now. When July comes it'll be in 100's for sure...Thank God for swimming pools for us and garden hoses & fans for the horses!

We've been having it goodand hot here in the UK lately too. You only need to think about tacking up and the horses are damp with sweat! And the air con in the car just isn't cold enough...... I don't want rain yet though, maybe it could rain on a night and be bright sunshine through the day?!? Now that would be good.....

I'm dying up here in NJ. In Newton it's 96 feels like 100

I hope this hot spell goes away quickly and drops down to like the 70s
