Blessed Tuesday...

Just coffee today ... no time for anything else.

Forgot to do laundry so I'm still sitting around in jammies waiting for the dryer to do it's thing...hurry stupid dryer I don't wanna be late!

Last day last day last day of my 13 day week. It may not sound bad, but if today is an average day that will log me in at 150+ hours so far for this pay period. And we'll still have two days to go. ( Plus, this is the third time I've had to do this stretch lately. )

Had a new gal training with me last night, and she'll be here again tonight. My poor ole throat is sore... haven't talked that much in a loooong time.

Aw hell.... senile calf feeder is at the door b+c ing already. Gotta go.

It's 7:40 here in sunny but dry SC (the day starts at about 6:00) and I'm enjoying another cup of coffee. The cats are fed, the dog was out, the ducks are loose, the horses have been fed and groomed, and I made my wife's breakfast. Typical morning. Wish it would rain!

I'll have breakfast at 8:00ish, play around on the computer some more, then at 9:00ish, I'll saddle up and ride for about an hour.

It's nice to work from home and set my own pace but I hate being so predictable.

I'm not arguing with you, I'm just explaining why I'm right.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

No car today - it's raining on and off and I recall my dad coming into my room at about 7am to ask me if I needed his car; I don't today so he's driven to work for once. Usually he cycles.

I've got bread baking in the oven, as usual, and I've been ironing. I watched the West Wing episode 20 Hours in America, the first part, and really that episode is just one long stream of scenes made of win. Not least when they have the timezone trouble and Toby starts picking up a big stick and hitting things.

After that episode ended, I switched over to the Olympics and I just hurt my hands clapping and jumping and screaming for the badminton mixed doubles quarter finals. We just had an amazing win, coming back from 12-17 in the first set to win 21-19, with seven points won in a row!

If you believe everything you read, better not read.

Just another day at work here. It was supposed to rain last night but it didn't. It looks like it could any time now. I have a bit more office work to do then I will hit the road. I'll let the horses out to the pasture before I leave since I have been putting them in at night to save a little pasture.

Dry as a bone here, too. Pastures are not happy. Since Dash isn't providing breakfast I'll have to make my usual oatmeal. Then it's off to go grocery shopping. That's always fun with three kids.

Stella - sweet, timid, elegant, lovely, lively, amazing
Luna - large, unattractive, naughty, adored

Back in the office. Lots of paperwork and reports to work on.

Going out to hang with the pony tonight. Finally going to ride I think. He's got a lot of bug bites on his back, so not sure.

We are supposed to have 90 degree weather over the next couple of days then rain the first of next week. Looking forward to the rain!!!!

Have a great day everyone!

GOOD MORNING FORUM :)

Not much going on today except work.
My daughter on the other hand has a field trip planned with child care. She gets to play all day at Chuck E Cheese, boy I wish I was a kid again
With that said, we are planning a short camping trip up in the mountains Thurs - Sat. then we get back Sat. late afternoon to do our horse show BBQ at the stable. (This is where I get to be a kid 8) )

I'm with you Dash~ ONE MORE DAY~ I can do it, really I can, just one more day
