I've never done a internet adoption, but they usually don't take to long to get back to me with the stuff I've done with them.
When did you send it in? There is a lot of nice horses this time. It is so tempting!
There is! I've found one I would love to go meet! I submitted it online, so I wasn't sure how long it usually took. I know they have a lot to go through.
Aww! he looks a little like one of our mustangs!!
I like his front leg!
I hope you get approved soon, and get one you like!
Mustangs are great fun! they are soo smart and goofy!
We got accepted to adopt, we backed out before even placing a bid. I can't remember exactly how long it took but it was pretty quick. At LEAST a day or two.
Those few days will feel like forever. Not quite as long as the end of the auction, and then the receiving of your mustang, tho! I adopted mine through the Internet Auction in February, but couldn't get her until the end of April. I thought she would never get here! But she is now here, and I just love her.
ACK!!! Don't post those adoption links. I DO NOT NEED ANOTHER HORSE. I DO NOT NEED ANOTHER HORSE. I think I've fallen in love with a pretty little horseI DO NOT NEED ANOTHER HORSE!

I only looked at the ones posted, who are already coveted by the posters, and refused to explore further on the BLM site in order to avoid what you are going through. LOL
Don't worry guys, I would love for one of yall to get that cute mare. I already have 4 horses.
Did yall see that adorable PAINT mare, the greys, the blacks and the gorgeous bays????
If I recall correctly, it took less than a week for my approval when I applied several years ago. I ended up not adopting as the one I had my eye on went for more than I was willing to pay, but I agree, they are fantastic horses. One of my heart horses is a mustang and I adore him.
These two would have to be my favorite. I've usually only got around 5 or less out of an auction that really catch my eye. I like the ones that move with lots of action and engagement and show some pretty heavy spanish blood.
Diamond33, the only reason I had to wait that long was because that's when the BLM adoption was going on in this area. I couldn't afford to have her shipped any sooner, I am in TN, she was in CA.
That's my same situation except he's in NV I believe, and I'm in Iowa. If I wait, they'll drop him off halfway between me and my training barn, so I think saving the extra money will be well worth the wait lol
I did! but there's still 12 days left of the auction.
