Red face Bringing them home!

Finally after 20 years of dreaming I have property and have it fixed up for horses, and in two weeks I am bringing my boy home (along with my friend's mare). On one hand I am super excited and looking forward to this

But I am also kind of nervous. I don't know why. I have helped (basically interned) with my trainer since I was about 9 to when I was 18. I have owned multiple horses trained, done first aid and gone into the upper levels of the USPC. Yet I have never had them at my own place.

Has anyone else gone through this transition and were you nervous?
