Question Brooks Feed?Anyone Tried it?

I have a VERY hard keeping TB who gained alot of weight in a month and then just stayed like that although he is still terriably skinny. I have a nutrishionest(sp?) coming sometime this week but she works for brooks feed and I just want to make sure this is a good company. I was going to ask her about 2 different feeds the

What would you guys choose and what do you think he should be getting?

Right now he gets
Beet pulp and 1/4 scoop of grain, Im not sure how mucht hat is in weight since at the barn Im at the measure it differently. He also gets 2 flakes of hay(from square bales) a day, 15 hours of grass.

He's a fairly lazy TB but when he gets "energy" he just goes weird and spooks at everything and gets distracted easily. So I want something that might give his muscles energy but not change there mind if that's possiable. Or something that just wont give him evergy since I would rather him not be weird and get distracted easily.

I just wants whats best for my horse so any help is appreciated.

Thanks :)
