Shasta, the reporter may have felt that the behavior was due to a possible brain defect. But Buck and anybody with common sense felt that the horse could have had a productive, albeit limited, life. The woman that owned the stallion has more issues going on then that stallion. He is just a representative/reflection of what's in her life.

Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the floor each morning the devil says, "Oh crap, she's up!".

I will stand behind this when I say, The most dangerous animals I work with are the Bison, Cattle and Horses. I put it off to being more relaxed around these animals, Its natural to become less wary around Domesticated animals (Minus Bison).
Moose aren't very nice either.

Right, I understand. My point was that in my sleepy state I wasn't sure what else I had missed since I didn't realize the lady had 18 stallions. Sounds I need to see the documentary to get the whole story.

Truly worth seeing. Buck controlled his temper and displeasure at what that stallion had been allowed to become, but just barely. Each time I see it, I pick something else up on it.
