Buying A Horse Help!

Hi
So I wanna buy a horse, but I don't know what race and age and etc I should attempt to buy... Can you guys please help me?
I can afford like 7000$ us dollars.
I want it for jumping, not sprinting

Since we're not in Iran and don't know what you have available to purchase, it'd be difficult to make a recommendation.

we have turkoman horse, arab , Caspian horse , throughbred, And I think we have quarter horse too , I can get a more accurate information next time I go for training

Ok I have more accurate info
We have holstein , Turkoman , Caspian Horse , and horses bred from to different breeds! Which I will have MORE accurate info on them two bred kinda horses later

Well what you can do, as many other forum members have done, is post picture & videos of the horses you see for sale. Others on the forum look at these and give their opinions as to whether it's a good choice for you. Good luck in your search!

I'm also pretty sure a holstein is a cow..

Yep, dairy cow to be exact.

Probably means Holsteiner, although I didn't know those were in Iran in any real numbers.
