My calendar at home this year is Norman Rockwell pictures, and the one at work is lighthouses.

For the last several years I've strayed from the horses/animal calendars.

I do have other interests besides animals.

Flowers and nothing. Flowers on wall calendar that I got free from a vendor and nothing on the daytimer. Yes, I still have a paper planner.

And I admit, I had no idea what was on the wall calendar. I had to turn and look at it. I look at the calendar part not the picture part.

A photograph I took of a flea-bitten arab. I photographed the horses at our stables and made calendars to raise money for winter shelters. The shelters are almost finished!

He's my all-time favorite artist! Well, he's head to head with Vargas.

You mean the guy who did the pin-up girls? Alberto Vargas? Yeah, I've always liked his work.

I also like Robert Vavra, he of the poetic, lovely horse photography. Not painting, but art nonetheless.

I have one of Terence Newman of the Dallas Cowboys and I also have a calendar with 3 kitties on it. The one with the kitties I bought because my cat won in a photo contest on thecatsite and is actually in the calender!

I have a cute tabby cat on the Humane Society calendar and a chestnut Arab mare and foal on my horse calendar.
My favorite horse calendars have been ones with photos from Bob Langrish. His photos are awesome!
