Calling APHA people

Has anyone ever heard of Silver Sixpence? Or have any way of looking him up? Outside of I used that to double check the mare was his dam.

I was flipping through old auction records and saw my mare's name pop up. She was apparently this horses dam. And he was used as a stud. I was only told my mare was bred once and it was gelded right away, but if it turns out there are some great grand-foals or the such running around, I'd love to see one. She was a great mare.

No one can help me out?

I don't know any paint people personally, well the ones I do don't have memberships. You can look up info on a horse if you have a membership right?

I don't have access to the APHA database right now otherwise I would look up on there too.

That's actually part of the old auction records I was flipping through.
I asked a lady I know who has been at those sales for years and has been a trainer around here for years, she hasn't heard of the horse or the lady who sold that gelding though.

Thanks though NdAppy!

I'm curious how many foals he sired, well, registered foals. Is it possible to see if his foals were breeding stock at all?
Maybe a name on who bred him? I don't have my mare's papers any more so I can't look back at who previously owned her.
Or a current owner of his?
He should be getting up in the years as the lady who owned my mare before me didn't breed her and I had her for 7 years before she died 4 years ago.

I'm kind of looking for a new foal so if it turns out that I could potentially buy a grand-foal or great grand-foal of my mare's, it would be really cool.

Thank you!
