Calling the Creative!

Ok, my friend and I both compete in fun shows every month. This month they are having a costume class. I have a costume but my friend does not. She has a white arabian with redish spots. It does not have to be halloween themed, I am doing uncle sam and the bald eagle. Does anyone have any ideas for my friend? I am not very creative at all.
