I had a gelding try to mount the mare I was riding. Last time I ever rode in an open field with loose horses (I was 14 and didn't know any better at the time). And yes, I was LITERALLY on her back when he tried to mount her. Little hussy stood still for it, too! Needless to say, Tar (the gelding) got a sound whack on the neck from the crop I was carrying.

Is there some reason a silly thread from 2007 was brought back up? How hard did someone have to dig to find it?

And if it tries to eat the washer, then its definitely a horse.

Step one: Mount horse. Step two: Stay mounted.

hey, I wasn't here in 2007, so I never got a chance to read/respond to this thread. It needed to be revived. ;)

Well, if the horse is trained Parelli, apparently you can just ask it.

A girl horse has longer eyelashes. It's true for all species, even cartoon characters, they all have longer eyelashes. Horses with shoes leave different prints, says Nike on the bottom, barefoot ones show a frog, not like Kermit though, less green.
