Yep, scam. You can contact them if you want but don't send them anything, at all.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/

I was thinking it was a scam. But I wasn't sure. A friend of mine got a really nice Paso stallion online for $200 because the people were getting out of horses....so....

Scammity scam scam.

I know this from experience. Didn't exchange any info, but almost fell for one when I first started horse shopping. You'll notice that these friesians are always perfect in every way fully-trained 5 year-olds of only the finest lines available. Talk with the seller more and you will see his use of the english language seems to degrade further and further. If you tell him a little about yourself and your reasons for wanting the horse, he will immedietly respond back hailing you as the Perfect Owner, no further questions asked...which is always fishy. And then of course you must talk Transport, usually by a "very reliable company".

If he lets you see "anu" (the name itself screams Scam) in person and you get a vet check and slap the cash in his palm before driving off with your very own amazingly well-trained can do it all imported Friesian, then that's a different thing entirely. :p

Probably not real, but it never hurts to ask. If they ask you to send a money order to the Ozarks or Nigeria, get out now. Lol.

LOL! Thank god Im not one to fall for people like that. I am interested to see if I get a response just so I can flat out verbally degrade them beyond their english knowing abilities. Doesnt hurt to ask. Nobody is getting a dime of my money.

Scam! Friesans cams are the big deal right now-perfectly trained, impeccably bred, sweet, young perfect horses for $500. Ask Riisa, she had problems with people using Keegan's (her friends stallion) pictures for the ads

either it's a scam, or that horse is getting ready to drop dead any minute and they're trying to get money for him instead of paying money to have him put down/have his body shipped out.
Or maybe he just needs a $50,000 surgery??

ohhh shall we let the fun begin...

Here is my original email...

> Is the horse sound? Any lame issues, or current medical issues? If he does
> that is fine and wont kill the deal just like to know what I am possibly
> getting into. Why 500$ for the horse? Not saying he is worth 20 grand but I
> ask this question to anyone selling a horse under 1500$.

Here is their response:
He is, is a six year old 16.1H tall baroque Friesian
Imported from Europe three years ago. There, he was trained to drive
And basic dressage. Since he's been ridden and shown by children,
Beginners, and advanced riders. He's great for trail riding. He isn't
Spooky or jumpy. He is jet black with a full set of thick feathers
And the Friesian thick mane and tail. He been ridden both western and
English styles. He will jog slow for western and trot out for English
With a forward upward gait. He has a fair amount of knee action and
The characteristic high head carriage. He loves affection and
Attention. Owner is unable to spend the time with him that he deserves
So he's looking for a good home.he is for adoption into a new home
Where he will be cared and loved so if you can assure me with
That, then that will be okay by me.he is also current on all shots and
Vaccines.
Where are you located?
Thanks.

Here is my response.... hee hee

Send me address of where the horse is located I would like to come check him out. No I will not pay money gram, NO I will not pay shipping so if this is a scam Beware yourself everything you do on the internet is very much traceable. You can use all the proxy servers you want to mask youself buut it is still traceable. I have a huge knowlegde base and formal education in computers. So if this proves to be a scam I WILL find you! Also someone in my profession makes a lot of money, which means I do have the fiscal resources to FIND YOU, KILL YOU, AND PAY OFF THE AUTHORITIES TO NEVER SEARCH FOR YOU. IM A TEXAN don't PISS ME OFF WE SHOOT FIRST ASK QUESTION LATER. I can and will be your worst nightmare, do I skin you first or start with the finger nails? The longer you prolong this scam the longer I keep your life in misery at my hand. Your ad found the wrong person just this "wrong" person will not fall for such crimes. I am sick of you taking advantage of mostly female innocent horse owners who's hearts are as big as the earth to help these animals.
...............

About 70% of that was crap I can run at the mouth. But there is 30% of that is true and do have the means of doing or hiring someone who can. Muuuahahahahahahahahaha

You will know if it's not a scam if the police show up at your door to arrest you for making threats.
