I'm looking for cheaper alternative to horse supplies. I'll give you an example: Instead of buying a tack sponge from a tack store you get a cheaper alternative from Walmart. Just basically anything that you guys use that aren't from a tack store and were a lot cheaper that do the same thing.
Thanks in advance!
I usually use a human cream such as sudocrem for very minor cuts and scrapes, I've found it's cheaper. I also only use cheap old scrubbing brushes for hoof brushes and as bucket brushes instead of buying a horsey one.
I know I do a few other things as well but I just cannot remember right now, when I manage to reboot my memory I'll come back.
Instead of thrush buster or anything like that, a cap full of bleach works just as well, almost better. My vet recommended it to me a long time ago.
