I wont shop from them, bad service. They don't update their websight. The sell you items that are out of stock, and don't bother to tell you they are out of stock for a couple weeks, sometimes not at all until you call and ask where your items are. Items should either be listed out of stock or you should be told they are ut when you get your order confirmation email. Oh and more agravating. You get a shipping confirmation that doesnt list what items shipped, so you are expecting something that doesnt show up.
When I called to find out what the deal was and when I could expect certain items, I asked why don't you update your inventory online ? Or send out proper shipping confirmations, or out backorder notices in the original.
The customer service rep kept blaming "They" they should this they should that they they they,,, this was really pissing me off, like the rep didnt even work for the company. Nope to many decent places to shop like Jeffers or Horse.com.
