Ya he sedated him twice and had to be twitched plus me holding his halter for the guy to shave him the first time. He is much more trusting but I have no way to work with him with them. Trust me if it were possible I would so do it as previously stated haha. Since it isn't we are keeping him as clean as possible.

Possible picture tonight his ear is looking sooo much better I'm so happy. We finally got his fly mask with ears so nothing else can get in it and it has gone down considerably. I'm so excited.

Yea they made me cringe I knew he was in so much pain. These were taken before I wiped the crud off but the fly mask has helped keep big rock pieces and such from sticking to his ointment which makes it so much easier. He doesn't seem quite as sensitive about it either :). I've been putting off riding him till I'm sure just to see the difference.

Looked soo much smaller today after getting his feet done I went home and about 5 decided to go try riding him. Worked his booty off but he was really good about his head no tossing or shaking like his ear was hurting and was even a bit more forward then usual. His trot is horrible though so after half an hour of walk/trot/canter/back transitions I was in pain haha. He was a lil stiff on his bad ear side but that is to be expected and with more work it should get better.
