Clipping your Patterned Horse

I'm just curious.. has anyone actually done this? Not with solids, but horses that have patterns, especially Paints and Appies.

What did it look like? Pictures?

Ive seen it(: the two paints at our barn:
One is completly clipped, looks GREAT! No pictures :/ sorry
The other is trace clipped and looks fine once you get over that half is fluffy and the other half is not.
