I am wondering if I can have some feedback from people involved in clubs. We are a small club just getting started, we have just 30 members or so , and a few on the board of directors...It seems like the president of the club , is the only one promoting , and putting on the shows . The vice president does absolutly nothing, shows up at the shows a day after , and leaves a day early so she doesnt have to lift a finger in the clean up or set up. We thought maybe a list could be made of the responsibilities required in each department , so the load is not on one person. Can anyone give me some ideas of the job discription a Vice president would have ? At the moment she does nothing. we would love to get her out of the club because she is so arrogant, and we are loosing members because of her.
