Cobalt for SALE

Yep, it's something I have been pondering over for quite some time but I am going to sell Cobalt and get out of horses. From a financial point of view as well as family I have to restructure my life. I am going to have to focus on me and family and let him go where he is going to be shown to his full potential and temporarelly take a leave from horses.
I have him in the Horses for sale section as well.

Cheers everyone

Oh wow. Don't know what to say.

I know you will find a really good home for him. And I wish you the very best in accomplishing your current goals. I know that change can be good, bad, indifferent and glorious. I wish you the best in all aspects of your life.

I hope you will still be here for us. I enjoy your comments and threads. Don't go 'way now, y'hear!?!

What what what? I don't believe it! Gosh I wish I had the money and space to buy him I feel worse for you than I do for Cobalt. I know you love him and its going to be a real heartbreak for you. I'm sure you will find him a great home but what about your heart?

I know. It's not going to be easy for sure. I am in no rush to find him a new home and the one for him will be a show home. There is no way that this beautiful boy is going to go to anything else.

He's a sweet soul.

I can't believe you're selling him. I know this is going to be exremely hard for you.

I wish you the best of luck finding him a home that is as good as the one you gave him. I really wish I could buy him but unfortunately I don't think that would work out.

I hope everything works out and you find him a great home (hopefully another HF member will be interested).

That must have been a hard decision Kelly and one that took a lot of soul searching. We hope that you'll still have the time and the inclination to keep sharing your experience with the forum.

I'm not arguing with you, I'm just explaining why I'm right.

As shocked as I am, I feel your pain 100%.

I'm going thru the same thing w/TJ. I did it once -- "got out of horses" -- when I was young. And due to personal situations, family issues and the economy I've been cotemplating "getting out of horses" yet again (maybe it's a sign...I'm just not meant to be here? ). I just took TJ off the market because of the current US economy...but I don't know how long I can make it last as I am not near to being back on my feet. It is SO hard, though, especially when you are so attached to them and you can tell they are to you. So hard. But you know when it's the right thing to do. Good luck.

I have a feeling someone here on the Horse Forum will scoop Cobalt up in a flash! Everyone loves him so!

Best wishes to you and Cobalt!

Sorry to hear your decision Kelly.

If you'd like to send me a sale ad, I will put it in the binder at work.

Thank you for all the supportive comments everyone. I am not going to be leaving horses permanently. I could never leave horses for good BUT at this time and current life situation, I need to focus on my future over the next year. There are going some big decisions to make and some changes and I feel this is going to be the best thing to do.

As I said I am in no rush to sell and will focus on making sure I have the right people for him.

Thanks again everyone, and NO I will not be leaving the forum :)
