So I'm guessing that at least some of you are from Kentucky or know the colleges in the area...well thats what I'm hoping at least lol.
So I'm a sophmore in highschool and am already thinking about college (I guess I just like to be prepared lol). I want to be a large animal veterinarian more than anything, always have.
So I was wondering first about pre-vet colleges in Kentucky. My favorites so far are Midway (and all womens college that offers pre-vet and is known for its equine facilities...totally a bonus lol), and UK (doesn't need much explaining lol). So do any of you have any opinions on these colleges? I have researched and have alot more time to think about it, but was hoping for some opinions from some people at the same time (just something to think about..). Also if you know of any other colleges in Ky that offer pre-vet I'd really apreciate the information :]. Next I was hoping that you guys could help me think of some things that I can do to prepare myself for college (specifically vet school) or have better chances of being accepted.
I know its early to be thinking about but i always liek to have some kind of plan in mind, it gives me something to work toward too lol.
Thanks a ton for any help you can offer :]!

Both are great schools, Midway iis higher than UK. A friend's daughter going to Midway and, thats how i known that. Murray State is a another great school, it is not as well known but as a quality school and pobbible alot cheaper. All three schools should provide a great education, Murray's mean weakness is it isn't well known outside Kentucky.
