I would think that wondering what color it might be would be part of the excitement. I knew what color my baby would be, mom and dad were both sorrel so there was no wondering about that. I thought it was a little disappointing knowing what it would be in advance.

I don't think anything could diminish my excitement if I'm able to get the mare and watch her foal. As long as the baby and mom are healthy, that's all I care about.
