Creative Gift Ideas for Horselovers

So it's almost that time of year again!

I have a couple of horse-crazy friends (all own horses, too) who I was wanting to give horse-related,creative gifts. Any suggestions, ideas, horsey gifts that you've gotten and loved? I'd appreciate any thoughts!

~By the way, if this matters, they are all High School freshmen.

~the hardest part of riding is the ground~
~if you think I'm shy, it's because we're not talking about horses~

^hey, I'm making personalized cookies too!!! :)

Hmm ideas, are you wanting to buy or handmade?
If you're interested in buying, Smartpak has picture frames you can get personalized with either a name plate or name burned into the wood. Not that expensive either. That's what I got my trainer, I had them burn 'Simon Sez Lope and Susan Barnett (2012 on the line below)' on it then put a picture of them from this show season in it. Came out wicked nice!

My best friend made me a personalized horseshoe ornament. She painted an actual horseshoe black and white (like my Aires), wound red ribbon around it (our tack color), and put a picture of Aires in the middle.

I make my friends cubes with 6 pics of them and their horses, I remember those as a kid but can't buy them now so I started making my own with picture paper, cutting and gluing them into cubes.
I also make them bookmarks of a pic on one side of them/their horse and a nice saying on the other side.
And this year I am making them horse hair bracelets, I make and sell them and I'm also giving them each an angel out of horse hair to hang on their trees.....
I usually make all my gifts for my horsey friends.

My horses are the joy in my life.....

Oooh, I like the horse hair jewelry idea. I'm making some saddle charms out of old denim shaped like crosses with bedazzling on them.

So in lies the madness, the pursuit of the impossible in the face of the complete assurance that you will fail, and yet still you chase.

I like that painted brush idea that pops up here every so often. They look so neat, I wish someone would make me for Christmas.
