Has anyone ever got a "bad" horse from Bill Richards in Texas?

I bought a "riding" horse from him that ended up being lame and also was drugged at the time of the sale..

Not uncommon, unfortunately. It really does pay to get a vet check done sometimes :(

I wonder if you went and gave them a hard tweek in the sensitive butt area, if you could tell if they where drugged or not. Just a thought.
